Positive Affirmations
Confident Kid Apparel Co. was the idea of a boy named Dillon Jett, who started saying "positive affirmations" when he first learned to speak. He said, "I am bold! I am strong! I am confident! I am brave! I am smart! I am healthy! I am kind! I am loved!" and much more. Just a few years later, this confident kid has started his own apparel brand (with a little help from his parents), to share the positivity with as many other kids as possible!
I am Confident
When asked, "What is one word that describes you the most?" Dillon replied, "Confident." He was then asked, "What does the word 'Confident' mean?" He replied, "You think you can do it." And so, Confident Kid Apparel Co. was chosen as the brand name.
Confidence is Contagious
Dillon has a younger brother named Brock, who would hear Dillon saying his positive affirmations. When Brock was 4 years old, he randomly and flawlessly recited the exact list of 12 sentences he had heard his older brother say many times. "I am Bold!" said Brock, "I am strong! I am confident! I am brave! I am smart! I am healthy! I am kind! I am loved..." and he kept going. He had been listening and he had been learning. The brand Confident Kid Apparel Co. strives to share the positivity with many more kids because confidence is contagious!
